Implementation of academic rules, regulations and approvals issued by the University Educational Council
Schedule courses in each semester
Review and revise student course registration, repair, preliminary registration and removal in each academic term
Supervise and ensure a highly performance of the final exams
Evaluation of student’s educational process in terms of conditionality, years and number of courses taken
Preparing the meeting minutes of graduation and reporting the graduation to the General Directorate of Education
Establish a coordination within the groups and the academic supervisors
Application evaluations for student’s change of the course field of study and applicant transfer processes
Carrying out the related affairs for the promotions of academics and technicians at all levels
